What was the point of the largely theoretical liberation struggle? What has changed that was unacceptable in the colonial Rhodesia, but is acceptable now? Is the paralyzed state of Zimbabwe independent or it is now just under a second, more sophisticated colonization, occupation and thus siege and unrelenting, unsustainable systematic colonization? .Is Zimbabwe even a democracy, anchored on a one man, one vote that prompted the largely theoretical liberation struggle? Can anyone point to any of the gabs of the liberation struggle? What is worth celebrating this year of imagined independence? Independence from who or what?

Only stupid, politically uninformed, and thus ignorant people will be celebrating a deluded sense of independence, when there is nothing to celebrate? The constitution, which is the supreme law of the land is mutilated by the failed zanu pf so that its parasitic, criminal elements get to keep power, unconstitutionally, at the expense of the fundamental rights, freedoms, and liberties such as the inviolable rights to both life, and property, freedom of assembly, rights to education, water, health, shelter, among others. However, using a rigged parliamentary majority donated to the failed, illegitimate zanu pf by the useless, captured, militarized, tragic joke of an  electoral commission which is sympathetic to futile aspirations of the pestilential, failed zanu pf has been investing in mutilation, and devaluing of the constitution, which has significantly impacted the status of not only the debased constitution, but also most crucially, the rights, freedoms and liberties it provisions, to protect the people that are now terrorized, and oppressed. Futile aspirations of a one party state.

So what is there is to celebrate about? Under the colonial Rhodesia, far from perfect, curtailing the potential of Zimbabweans, people were employed, even though there was discrimination, say, with regards of promotions, salaries and ir earnings, where one could spend their money, if they qualified to vote based on particular income, or property ownership? Has any of this tradition changed or they are just like a snake that shed its old skin, without changing patterns, texture and designs of the shaded skin? Where you were not disempowered to vote because of systematic catalyzed lack of certain income or property, you are disempowered to vote through a tempered with so called voters’ roll that will favour the failed parasites and criminals who make up the membership of zanu pf. So what is there to celebrate when you cannot freely vote for who you want, when you can be shot for even trying to protest against vote rigging, or have your ethnic group get ethnically cleansing for having a formidable party that threatens failed zanu pf status quo which it uses to plunder, loot and predate on people that it terrorizes?
