To expect the money changers to be arrested is madness. It is not different from expecting chickens you feed to build a temple from which they can worship you, as means of showing gratitude for feeding them. Some people think that arresting money changers will solve their problem. They do not realize that the money changers that they want arrested are symptoms, and not the underlying actual disease, which is zanu pf, which has failed, and is responsible for the state paralysis. Clamouring for the arrest of money changers is dangerous nonsense. Why?

Arresting money changers is not only misdiagnosis but is failure to comprehend reality that is prevailing on the ground. The reality is that zanu pf is in power unconstitutionally. This has been made possible by the fact that the parasitic, and criminal elements in zanu pf who have for decades failed to develop the country, has succeeded in making the country a colony again, have been mutilating, devaluing and abusing the constitution, which happens to be the supreme law of the land. Why has the failed, corrupt, illegitimate zanu pf been bothering with the tempering, mutilation of the supreme law of the land? Because this devaluing and mutilating of the said supreme law of the land is considered a means to an end of realizing, take note, FUTILE, one party aspirations of zanu pf, and why is zanu pf so determined to realize a one party state? The answer is the key to appreciating why money changers are like mushroom in the land of mushroom. At least the state of mushroom is not paralyzed.

Zanu pf is in power unconstitutionally. Why? This is part of its motivation to try and become the absolute party in a one party state. The motivation stems from the desire to be in a position with easy access to natural resources and fiscal resources for plunder. This access to looting and plunder is lost when power is lost, and the country transitions into an enduring liberal and constitutional democracy. Zanu pf, failed as it is, does not want to lose access to loot and plunder. Because of this, the state is paralyzed. If the state is paralyzed, the economy is screwed. It stagnates, grows negatively. Unemployment becomes a menace. So even if you arrest the money changers, without addressing the illegitimate zanu pf, the economy will compel other unemployed youths to take the places of arrested money changers, thus filling the vacuum.
